Your satisfaction is our primary goal.  We make every effort to accommodate your needs, so you may order with confidence!

1: ABOUT OUR

   WREATHS

SIZE -Our wreaths - are all made with paper napkins, so they are lightweight; most weigh about 1/2 pound.                                    They come with a hanging hook on the back.

                                    Large is 18" across.  Small is 13" across.

 

SHIP                          Shipped flat.  Insert a tissue (Kleenex, etc) into each napkin and watch your wreath

                                   take beautiful shape! Instructional video is probably unnecessary, but you may view it here

 

SPECIAL                    We are happy to hear your special requests and will do our best to accommodate your needs

REQUESTS                 for custom colors, etc.  Be advised all special orders will depend on the availability of necessary

                                    supplies, and will likely require additional time to complete.

2:ORDERS and

PAYMENT

Our products are handmade on a made to order basis so we may accommodate special requests as well as avoid having to store such a large variety of designs on our premises.  When you place your order, our commitment to you is to create and ship your wreath within 7 business days of our receipt of your order/payment confirmation.  Please bear in mind that special requests may require additional time, depending on availability of your requested product supplies.

We welcome your requests so if you have a special wreath in mnd, don't hesitate to ask!  We are happy to create a proof for you to approve, so we are sure we are capturing what you have in mind.

 

We accept Paypal only.  We apologize but we are not currently set up to accept credit cards or personal checks.  Thank you for your understanding.

3:SHIPPING

We are located in beautiful Prescott, Arizona.  All of our wreaths are the same size and weight, so unless there is a special request that changes that, the standard shipping cost is $7.00 each anywhere within the US, and $12.00 each to Canada.  A very few wreath designs feature a center larger or more bulky than normal, so for those few the center may be shipped separately to be attached by you, the buyer.  In those cases, we will pay the extra shipping cost for the center shipped separately.


Our commitment to you is to ship your wreath within 7 business days of our receipt of your order/payment confirmation.  Please bear in mind that special requests may require additional time, depending on availability of  supplies for your special request.

 

If you require a RUSH on your order, please be advised there will be an additional charge of $10 per wreath, plus any additional express/overnight shipping charged by the carrier.

 

We will be happy to ship your order to more than one address, at the same $7.00 each rate.  We can provide a small gift card at no charge if your order will be a gift, just be sure to give us any special instructions on the order page.

 

4:RETURNS

Please be advised that all sales are final, unless your wreath arrives damaged in shipment.  Due to wreaths that have been used and then returned, we have had to implement a no returns policy.  If your wreath does arrive damaged, please be sure to complete the paperwork with the carrier to report it, as we will need to have that documentation that the wreath arrived in a damaged condition in order to provide a refund or replacement.  Thank you for your understanding of why we have implemented this return policy.
