​1/2 lb ground pork sausage

1 1/2 cup shredded chicken breast

​4 russet potatoes, slicecd thin and chopped in 1" pieces

1 onion, chopped

1 1/2 cups rough chopped kale

1/4 cup real bacon pieces, chopped)

2 Tbl minced garlic

40 oz chicken broth or stock Fresh

   (or 3 14 oz cans store bought broth)

1 Tbl oil

1/2 tsp pepper

1/4 tsp salt

couple shakes of red pepper flakes (Can omit if desired)

1 cup heavy cream

Press saute on the IP, add oil and sausage, brown and break up into small pieces.  Add onions, saute until onions are translucent. Turn off IP. 

Add remaining ingredients except heavy cream.  Secure lid, close steam vent. 

Press Manual/Pressure and cook for 12 min on High, natural release.  Allow to cool slightly, slowly add heavy cream, stirring well.
